90-Day Transformation Class
Created by Certified Fitness Trainer Natalie Litzell
This program can be tailored to any body type, regardless of fitness level. The class meets three times a week for a one-hour session, which includes cardiovascular training, core strengthening and weight conditioning. In order to keep participants on track toward their fitness goals, weight is taken every week and body measurements are taken every other week. Participants can expect to lose weight and inches, creating a new healthier physique.

Power Walk
Enjoy the breathtaking views of beautiful Lake Pend Oreille along the many trails at Dover Bay. Over the river and through the woods... expect nothing but fresh air, scenic views and a healthier you with each step.

Step Class
This one-hour low-impact step aerobic class works for all ages and abilities. Incorporating strength training, core conditioning and cardiovascular endurance, you’ll start seeing results instantly. With a wonderful mix of upbeat music -- time will fly by as we take the work out of your workout.

Youth Swim Lessons
This four-week “Healthy Mommy and Me” program is designed for children ages 4 to 8 and their moms. While your child takes swim lessons from our certified swimming instructor, you can workout in our new full-service fitness facility.
